There was plenty of singing, smiling and toe-tapping at Downsvale this week as the wonderful Franz returned to entertain our residents.
Franz has a very special way of making everyone feel included, taking the time to sing alongside residents and filling the room with music, laughter and conversation.
It’s often the simplest moments that have the biggest impact – a familiar song, a shared smile or a hand to hold whilst singing along.
The joy on everyone’s faces said it all, and we know they’ll already be looking forward to his next visit!
