Our philosophy of care is a person-centred approach. Our care is tailored to meet our resident’s needs- from those needing a little extra assistance to specialist 24-hour care, we are able to meet the full spectrum of care needs. We get to know our residents as much as possible including their past lives, hobbies, interests and preferences. Along with their medical history and personal care requirements, this information is put together on a comprehensive care plan. We use the latest technology including Cloud based technology from Person Centred Software, to enable our nursing staff to promptly and accurately record care interactions. This means every member of our team gets to know the person as an individual and the care needs are mapped to their care plans and necessary intervention carried out based on individual needs. Care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure changes are recorded and appropriate actions undertaken to ensure the well-being of our residents.
