Our residents recently followed a step-by-step YouTube tutorial showing them how to draw a fish, building their pictures one line at a time.
Just look at Vivian proudly showing off her finished fish — complete with scales, fins and bubbles! 🐟👏🏼
Vicky and Norma are completely engrossed in creating theirs, carefully following each step and adding their own finishing touches. ❤️
It might look like a simple bit of drawing, but activities like this encourage concentration, hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and creativity — while giving everyone that lovely sense of achievement when they see what they’ve created.
And the best bit? Every fish was completely different! 🥰
