A little coordination challenge for our residents at Downsvale! 💙
From following shapes and patterns with both hands to ball games, aiming for the basket and even a spot of seated football ⚽🏀 — everyone got involved in their own way.
Activities like these are great fun, but they’re also a lovely way to encourage hand-eye coordination, concentration, movement and confidence — all while having plenty of laughs along the way.
And judging by the determination on those faces, these games were being taken VERY seriously! 😂👏
At Downsvale, activities can be adapted so everyone has the opportunity to join in, take on a challenge and, most importantly, enjoy themselves.
