Honouring Remembrance Day at Downsvale Nursing Home
On Remembrance Sunday, our residents came together to create beautiful poppy artwork and heartfelt messages of thanks — each one a personal tribute to those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. ❤️
We also gathered to watch the Remembrance Sunday service, joining the nation in reflection and the two minutes’ silence to remember the fallen and honour the brave.
And today, on the 11th day of the 11th month, at the 11th hour, we pause once more —
to remember them, now and always. 🌹
