Ready… aim… throw! 🎯❤️
There was plenty of laughter, cheering and a little bit of friendly competition as our residents took part in a “knock the cans over” challenge this week!
Armed with bean bags and determination, everyone had a go at aiming for the targets and they did brilliantly 👏
From careful concentration to celebrating every successful throw, it was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, encouraging one another and having such a lovely time together 😊
Activities like this are fantastic for:

❤️ Gentle movement and mobility
❤️ Focus and concentration
❤️ Building confidence
❤️ And bringing lots of smiles and laughter into the day
It may look like a simple game, but moments like these create so much joy 💭
